RUDE SERVICE MANAGER.
We used to enjoy this establisment until change of staff last spring. the service manaager Pat has been rude and not willing to accommodate large parties. We enjoy having lunch on Sunday will our family and mulitple phone calls in the paast. Several months he has been rude, abrupt and notwilling to welcome us even with a week's notice. Take your family to Carraba's food, pricing and service is far suprior!
nightmare of a night.
We went there because Olive Garden was VERY busy and noticed that they were not. Waited only 6 minutes for a booth. The server offered us wine as it taisted great but after looking at the other wine prices 9.00 for a glass or 6 for a half is a joke. Other nicer places have some of the same wine for a cheaper per glass price. We ordered the Camella's Chicken dish and the Pork Chop. Presentation was great for the pork chop but it was under cooked and the Camella's Chicken dish lacked in sauce and in chicken. The server did address the manager whom we guessed as the Front of the house. He seemed very nice and apologized and addressed the kitchen. That is when the meal turned sour. He decided to be rude and loud enough for everyone to hear and felt that he shouldn't remake the dish or add more sauce to it or even a little bit of chicken. COME ON!!!!! I have never heard a manager pretty much call us rude and made us feel like we didn't have a clue. I can see why they were not busy with food like that and service from a MANAGER like that. NO THANKS. At least our server was nice and very polite. I will never go in there again due to the lack of leadership and due to the fact that we just wanted to have a good evening with a great meal and because we asked for a little bit of chicken it made a huge scene. We will stick to DENO's at least they are more family oriented and wont get upset if we ask for things.
Our favorite restaurant is the Harbison Macaroni Grill.
Our orders are always fixed exactly like we request and the wait staff is tops. Their sauces are fresh and delicious. The foccacia bread is fantastic and they keep it coming. This is the only restaurant where I always finish my portion and it is a generous one.
Kudos to the staff and management for such a great restaurant that is even a cut above other Macaroni Grills.
Performing chefs cook up rustic, home-style Italian entrees at this buzzing family restaurant.. In Short A boisterous, all-ages crowd of pasta lovers pack this energetic Italian spot, where chefs clad in white hats and red scarves keep diners wide-eyed by showing their moves in the busy open kitchen. The menu boasts family-sized portions of hearty traditional fare, from antipasti, chicken and pasta dishes to seafood, steak and wood-fired pizzas. Signature plates include grilled pork chops, lobster ravioli, and penne rustica with shrimp, grilled chicken and smoked prosciutto in cream sauce.
Macaroni Grill is a good place for everyone, kids, adults, and teens. I love they're food but the best food is what they serve you before you're meal, the bread! They give you this Italian bread with olive oil and pepper. It is so good. I've tried making it myself but it's not the same. I sometimes just go to Macaroni Grill for they're bread.
Love the Bread.
I love the atmosphere in this place and for a corporate restaurant it really is a big cut above the "other major chain" Italian restaurant. Everything is fresh and delicious. But the bread...I don't usually eat the bread when I go out to eat, but this crusty on the outside, warm and chewy on the inside, sprinkled with Rosemary and dipped in Olive Oil bread is something I could make a meal of.
