Great serves. I honestly don't see the negativity towards ones restaurant but the serves is quick. The counter people are very polite and the food has good quality unlike some of the Chinese restaurants around cayce.

Good Take Out. I don't know what the other reviewers have against this place but I've had carry out and delivery from this place and both times it was good-actually above the average hole in the wall chinese food restaurant you find in the strip malls. Everything that I've ordered was fresh and tasted good. The shrimp in the shrimp fried rice was fresh and I thought the hot and sour soup was very good-a little darker in color than what I"m used to but still very tasty.

Stupid Counter People, Wrong/Old Food. The counter people will laugh at you when you come to get your order if it's more than one person working.

The "manager/ boss" doesn't exist, apparently. When you call to complain and ask to speak to a manager, or anyone in charge, (even when asking nicely like a salesperson would) they have no idea if the manager is a man or a woman, or if they're ever coming in again.

When you call, you'll be on hold immediately, then they'll forget. If they put you on hold, just wait and call back, or don't call back and eat something else.

When you get there, they don't review the order, only the phone number. So you just have to hope that it's right, which it usually isn't.

Example: ask for Lo Mein. You will get fried noodles and nothing else. No vegetables, no meat, nothing. So don't forget to be very specific. Just wait for them to mess it up.

The inside of the restaurant is pretty ugly, not a place to sit down and eat at all.

As for the other reviewer who said don't order seafood-- seriously don't. They buy the cheapest possible everything, and likely you don't want to know where it's from or how old it is.

The same goes for any meat they serve. It all tastes slightly rotten and "off."

Steer clear. Sadly I don't know of another Chinese place to recommend, but I wish I did.

Avoid this place and their old imported food.

watch out for bad food. If you order from them, be careful. They may not get you what you ordered. This is especially problematic if you order something without meat, and they send over a similar dish with pork in it. Also, avoid ordering anything with seafood as it may be extremely old and make you sick. The last time I ordered their "Fisherman's Catch", I thought that I was going to be sick.

If you call them to complain about it, they'll tell you that everything is very fresh and won't do a thing about it. Caveat emptor.
