The "WORST". We called in an order 20minutes prior to pick up and they waited until we arrived to start preparing our food. After the girl took our money we sat down and watched her pace back and forth talking to a boy as the older lady prepared our food and placed it on the counter... 10 minutes later another girl handed us our food. It was not complete with the sauce it was suppose to have, it was cold. To make the whole experience even better, there were no other customers ordering food... just us! Rude people working here!

don't waste your money, it's terrible. This restaurant is disgusting! They serve their chicken cold and I end of throwing it out because I'm concerned with getting sick eating uncooked chicken! How do they manage to stay open? I've been served cold, sticky, ripped apart fries, no salad dressings and the wrong drinks. The health department needs to shut this place down and/or fine them to get their food up to code. There are plenty of other Zaxby's in Columbia, make the drive and skip this place...YUCK!!
