Wish
I love WISH!.
I think this store is great! I shop her often and I have for many years! The staff is always friendly and there is an amazing selection of merchadise.
They do have a very strict return policy, but its been the same since they opened like 7 years ago. The manager explained it once to me before- She said they have no returns bc the college girls do like to buy things, wear them and then return them to get something else for the next night, and then do the same thing over and over. She explained that they are not in the business of selling used clothes and there for they had to put the policy in place. They also do it to keep their prices so low! Which it all really makes sense!! And I like knowing that Im not wearing something someone has already worn to Pavlovs! (Eww!)
Make sure you check out their sale racks- INSANE deals!
Poor Customer Service. If you ever enter a store and see the signs "all sales final," "no returns or exchanges" this should send a red flag up warning you NOT to shop at such a place. Why would a store not stand behind their products? How can you grow your business with such tactics? The only place you should expect to see signs like this is at a Flea Market. Wish obviously caters to a young impulse buyers (parent's credit cards) and sells low quality import stuff at cheap prices. The manager at this store doesn't care if you come back or not. I know several people, myself included who tried to exchange defective merchandise and were treated rudely. I strongly suggest you patronize other stores in the 5 Points area who stand behind their merchandise. There are many to choose from!
