Best spa ever!

I have been to several spas when I am out of town, and have truly been spoiled by Urban Nirvana. I compare every other spa to them, and they don't even come close to matching up. The actual staff who perform the services are super nice, but sometimes the front desk girls can be a bit rude or spacey.

They also carry the hanky panky underwear line, which is definitly a plus! And they sell my favorite skin care line, Skinceuticals!

Unprofessional

I overheard my esthetician making fun of me after one of my treatments. It was humiliating and will never return!

awesome facial!

I am an avid spa goer, we love to travel, and am always spoiling myself at the best places. I have to say I was very impressed with Urban Nirvana. I got a Rejuvenation facial with Kim and it was one of the best facials I have ever received. My skin glowed from within, without irritation and I was so relaxed . She was very professional and knowledgeable as well.

I give my highest recommendation!
