An Expensive Nightmare. I really have tried to like Urban Nirvana in Trenholm Plaza as I loved my former stylist at the location in Charleston. Anyway, last week I booked at an appointment with a stylist at the Columbia salon with a specific stylist. I asked for a simple haircut and ended up with a nightmare. The left side had layers, while the other side was blunt cut. I requested that the stylist correct it, which made matters worse. Now, my hair looks like a preschooler cut it! DO NOT VISIT this salon. A total waste of $70.00.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a sweater ruined when color/bleach evidently that was on the arm of the chair got on the elbow of my brand new black sweater. Now it has a yellow circle on it! The front desk told me to put sharpie or some dye on it! Ha! They never apologized or offered to have a manager call me. I had to ask for the manager's name and call her, but she was rude and unconcerned as well. She said I should have worn a cape....well I did wear a cape but it still got on me! Can't believe they would loose a $100 a month client over a $69 sweater and bad customer service!

Best spa ever!. I have been to several spas when I am out of town, and have truly been spoiled by Urban Nirvana. I compare every other spa to them, and they don't even come close to matching up. The actual staff who perform the services are super nice, but sometimes the front desk girls can be a bit rude or spacey.

They also carry the hanky panky underwear line, which is definitly a plus! And they sell my favorite skin care line, Skinceuticals!

Unprofessional. I overheard my esthetician making fun of me after one of my treatments. It was humiliating and will never return!

awesome facial!. I am an avid spa goer, we love to travel, and am always spoiling myself at the best places. I have to say I was very impressed with Urban Nirvana. I got a Rejuvenation facial with Kim and it was one of the best facials I have ever received. My skin glowed from within, without irritation and I was so relaxed . She was very professional and knowledgeable as well.

I give my highest recommendation!

Best waxing and staff. I want to urban nirvana last week and got a waxing done by Ashley. She was great at what she did. It didn't even hurt....and you know that is a hard thing not to do. She was great to talk to and a very sweet person. I can't wait to come back to ASHLEY!!!
