I just wanted to give a quick thanks to Bella Vista for taking such good care of me and my family. It was so nice to be able to simply sit back and relax while a consultant helped my daughter try on dresses. Laura really listened to what we were asking for, and then took my daughter to find some dresses that fit the bill. They came back with some of the most beautiful dresses we had seen anywhere and went through each one, without any rush or hassle. It was a real treasure for me as a mom to be able to enjoy the whole process instead of having to help carry the dresses and get my daughter into them. Plus the building is so well decorated and done that it feels like you really are in a castle and it just made my daughter feel like a princess. Thank you so much for the great experience.

Do Not Buy Your Dress Here! RUDE,RUDE,RUDE Store Manager. I have never experienced such blanent disrespect and rudeness from anyone in a professional business before as I did today from this lady. I told her I felt like my soon to be daughter-in-law should take her time and pray about her dress and God would show her the one she should get and she would know. And the manager says well she has heard from God and this is the dress....So I said REALLY and your God , I don't think so and if she can't pray about what she should do I would just walk out of this store now and never come back and that would be my answer. All she was concerned in was selling a dress, the girl that was helping her was nice, but they all were like puppets on a string and the manager was holding the strings. The manager wanted to tell us about their fireplace how special it was, really I don't think we care we are not here to buy a fireplace. Also upon deciding to get a dress they break out a bottle of cheap pink champagne with plastic dixie cups...really..Not even clear plastic champaign flutes just plastic dixie bathroom cups. Please choose another Bridal shop if you want a special Bridal experience and not a pressure sales job.

Beautiful. Yesterday, I met with my photographer to pick a picture for my portrait. My mom said "You look so happy, I haven't seen that smile since you were nine years old." We both cried. When I put on my wedding dress, I have this feeling of confidence and beauty. I know my body and I don't think that I'm a super model. But, my wedding dress is so me, my personality, and my body that it helps me feel like one. I owe that feeling to the women at Bella Vista who helped me try on at least a dozen different dresses and just as many veils, to find the right dress, and made me feel confident enough to believe in my own beauty. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful, terrific staff, awesome selection, best value.. The entire staff at the shop is dedicated to providing expert guidance on not only what style of wedding dress but the accessories. And they are honest, if it is not right they will tell you. It is different at other shops where they tell you everything is wonderful even if you know its not. I know you can buy the same dress at a lot of other places including maybe on line but why trust that most important dress of your life to anyone that you don’t personally know will have your best interest at heart and take care of you.

I have heard stories of the Chinese factories that promise you a designer dress but what you get is a poorly made knock off.

I have read the other reviews and I know no one is perfect but if your heart is in the right place the effort will be made to do the right thing. These people defiantly have their heart right and therefore their efforts are always on the bride’s side.

On selection, I like the dresses to be “In touch” with current styles. I also appreciate it when the owner/buyer takes the time to go to the bridal buying markets out of state to personally select dresses that brides in my area are interested in. I feel they have been preselected from the best of the thousands of styles out there. This salon does that.

Value to me is more than just price. It means a fair price, confidence in their follow through and service after the initial deposit. It is a peace of mind that comes with knowing they have the years of experience and therefore they have seen and handled the many obstacles that can crop up.

If it sounds like I know bridal shops it is because I do. I have to been to 12 shops in this area and out of state. I put my trust in Bella Vista Bridal and strongly suggest you would be wise to do so too. You will be delighted.

Perfect Experience. Just Married! Well actually I've been married about 2 weeks and thought I would review some of my vendors. Bella Vista was wonderful from start to finish. It was great having all the attention that they gave me when I was looking for my dress. They did all the work, from helping me pick out dresses to carrying them to the dressing room, and even helping me in and out of dresses. It made looking much more enjoyable. My dress came in beautifully, so what more can I say.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I entered into a contract with Bella Vista Bridal nine months prior to my wedding day for a dress, belt and veil. The prices for each item were agreed upon, I paid 50% upfront in cash and was told that I could expect construction of the dress and belt to be completed within 4 to 6 months.

Feeling excited and anxious to see the dress and belt again, I phoned the store four months after making the purchase to check on the status of both items, at which point I was told that the price of the belt had increased by $350 and that to receive my items as agreed, I would need to pay extra immediately. I was "generously" given the option to accept a knock-off generic if I did not wish to pay the additional money.

After meeting face-to-face with the Buyer and Manager of the Columbia store and requesting that Bella Vista uphold the terms and conditions of the contract, they agreed but explained they could not guarantee the belt would arrive before my wedding.

After taking my complaint to the President of the Company, Bella Vista agreed to honor our original contract and promised delivery of the belt by July 1st (60 days before the wedding). However, in mid-July they were still promising the belt "was on its way" and were holding my deposit. After being promised a credit on my final bill to acknowledge how poorly I was treated by the Company (which never happened), and still not having the belt in hand, I demanded the return of my deposit ($500). After 2 weeks of ignored phone calls, the President agreed he would return my deposit.

Four weeks after the revised delivery date for my dress, the President of the Company provided an explanation: they accidentally enrolled me in a program where brides who need extra time to pay can arrange for a delay in the delivery of their dress. So, after two months of constantly calling the store to check on the status of my dress/belt order, the Company "accidentally" got the idea I was not concerned with receiving my dress before the wedding....unbelievable.

The whole experience, top to bottom, was disappointing, infuriating, and downright bogus. The folks in the store were friendly to me until they got my money-then they forgot I existed. Not a nice experience for a bride who is supposed to be enjoying a very special time in her life.

You do not want this Company anywhere near any of the details of your big day.....unless you are a fan of stress, heartache, and condescension.

As I picked up my dress, I was asked by an Associate why I did not seem happy or excited. After I explained that my experience with their store had zapped all the excitement right out of the process, I was told that I needed to remember what was most important: "that I was marrying the man I love and it will all be over soon."

Bottom of the barrell customer service-a complete ripoff.

DO NOT LET YOUR BRIDE SHOP HERE. They are very nice before you pay them. After that, they will not call you back. They will tell you that they will contact you in 2 weeks, they won't. They treat you as if they are LETTING you buy something from them, after the purchase appointment.

They have no idea of what Customer Service is, they are really just not a place to have a stress free wedding experience. I am glad some of the girls are placing good comments, but I doubt they have received their dress yet. That is when it gets ugly.

DO NOT LET YOUR BRIDE SHOP HERE - THEY NEED TO BE TREATED MUCH BETTER THAN THIS - GO TO CHARLOTTE, GREENVILLE, ANYWHERE ELSE.....REALLY!

The best bridal shop. I bought my wedding dress at Bella Vista- and they are the best. Their customer service is second to none and they really take the time to make you feel appreciated and unique. The employees and young, stylish, and very professional and can find you a dress that you will love. I would absolutely recommend Bella Vista to anyone I know and love!
