They don't care.... I have had this property management oversee my home for over 4 months now.

I could have had tenants by now, but when a possible tenant brings up an issue such as repainting the home, they let them walk. I had to hassle them to finally begin giving me status updates and feedback. I have had over 30 people look at my home and they all said one thing: we will rent it if you repaint it.

Why didn't I receive this information earlier? Say, FOUR months ago??? Because they don't care. Honestly. I, as someone who is losing $900 a month on a mortgage would definitely like to know the small things keeping my home from being rented. They never once told me the issues until I harrassed them trying to figure out why my house wasn't finding a tenant.

What kind of management skills is that? Is not that the JOB of a manager is to NOTIFY you and MANAGE your property? Seriously. I definitely would suggest investing your fees and time and hard-earned money to a different company--which is exactly what I'm going to do.

Don't waste your time and money on this place. Their management skills are seriously lacking.

*staff is very nice
