The Worst. The "glowing" reviews are obviously planted by the Haven staff. Nobody here here feels that way. This place is the worst. Barking dogs, screaming kids, police here on weekends at night, gate doesn't keep anyone out. There is no "catch gate" so a parade of cars comes in whenever gate opens. No sound barrier at all between any apartments above or below. You hear everything! Screened porches are another issue. They are social gathering places for neighbors to have outdoor parties at night - you hear it all outside your bedroom window. The Haven charges you an additional fee each month for water from some private company that hikes your rates. They also charge you outside of rent for GARBAGE - dumpster on site. There are unsupervised kids out at night looking for trouble to get in to. New construction is awful with many repair and maintenance problems. There are a thousand dogs here - constant barking that you have to listen to. Looking forward to lease end.
