After a few visits here, switched to another dentist. All X-rays had to be redone as Aspen blew it. My daughter was in severe pain during a filling, that should NEVER happen, there is no need for it. So happy we found another dental office.

This was not what I expected. I went there 6 months ago for a simple dental cleaning and they told me I had gingivitis and they couldnt do my dental cleaning until Ive had the gingivitis taken care off. They wanted to charge me over 2000 for a treatment program. Having taken very good care of my teeth and had dental issues I decided to not do the treatment and go to another dentist. The other dentist told me I didnt not have Gingivitis and did my yearly cleaning. My father went recently and they told him the same thing and his friend was told that they had gingivitis too. Sounds like a scam to me to make money.

Very good experience. Shelley and the rest of the staff were professional and patient. Very important since I had not been to a dentiat for a long time and am not the easiest patient by far.

Thouroughly Hated the experience at Aspen. Very rude, and they really treat u like a number rather than a patient. I felt taken advantage of. I wouldnt send an enemy there!!!!!

The office manager Teri, i felt was smug, incompetent and jus simply unpleasant.

I called to set up an appointment and was told the initial visit would be a consultation, any additional services would require another appointment. appreicated the info and found another dentist that won't waste my time.

I went here because I did not have insurance and wanted to see what was going on. From the time, they started calling me, it was nothing but a hassle. They called be an hr before my appt to see if I could come in earlier. I did and then ended up sitting past my appt time. After getting back, I was treated like it a chain dentist. In and out with no interest in me. Spent the most time at the finance station. After finally giving them a shot at 1 of the many appts I was supposed to have, they ended up getting my prepped for some work to find out they mixed up the order of procedures so it couldn't be done then and had to be rescheduled. When it was time to pay, they didn't want to take the discount card, the original finance person told me to over and over to get bc it would save me money. Apparently, they cant use 2 discounts (discount card and the discount they give for people with no insurance which puts you at the same price for work in this area- I checked). I was told it is a training office which is why this stuff happens. We ended up having to pay for the next procedure which is the only reason I plan on going back. The only nice individual was a floating dentist and Kari. I recommend really looking into it before you go. I used the positive reviews here and assumed it would be a pleasant experience.

Best dental services. The people that work at Aspen in Lexington, SC are so professional and very nice. They CARE about the patients and their needs and care. Kari the dental hygentist is awesome, she is very caring and very professional. KUDOS to Kari. They explained every step to me and gave me choices. The girls cared about how I felt while they were doing the required work. I will look forward to visiting the dentist now.

awesome dental office. my experience was fantastic, love Miss Debbie the dental assistant that did xrays , and Kari the hygienist was fun and very professional I will def refer all my friends, look forward to my next visit.... thanks for a great visit.

What a dentist office should be. I wanted to pass on my experience with Aspen Dental Lexington South Carolina office. I had been without insurance for close to 20 years when I walked through the door, to put it mildly my teeth were a mess. I didn
