So impressed!. I have had alot of bad experiences with hair stylist and was very scared going to a new stylist who had just recently graduated. To my surprise Ashley, my stylist was so professional and caring. She made sure I was always comfortable and did an amazing job on my cut and color. Not only was she interested in me but she made me branch out of my box and try a new color, I am so glad she convinced me because I have gotten so many compliments and am absolutely in love with the way my hair looks. I am so glad I found a stylist that understand and makes you feel welcome and beautiful! Make sure you ask for Ashley she is amazing! :)

Amazing Service!. I had a hair cut and color by Dara and all I can say is AMAZING! It was the best hair cut I have ever had and she is a color specialist. Her being a color specialist is an understatement, she was so thorough and intuitive with her work. She is really an artist of hair. Her additude and work ethic was awesome. She catered to my every need, making sure I was fully taken care of. Shear Indulgence even serves you wine! How awesome is that? I would recommend Dara to anyone!

Melissa is consistently awesome.. I went to Melissa for the first time about a year and a half ago. She is an incredible stylist and has a great "chairside" manner. They offer their guests free drinks to make them comfortable and do their best to accommodate them throughout the trip. Since the first visit to Melissa, I've never seen another stylist. I've never seen a bad haircut walk out of there and everybody walks out with smiles on their face, even the ones who came in to have a bad cut (which they got at another salon) fixed.

The pricing is ridiculously low for the quality of stylists and ambiance of the salon.

Overall, great value, great ambiance, incredible talent and awesome people. If it sounds like I'm gushing, I am. I love Shear Indulgence.

Beware of who you go to. This place sucks! I had a bad haircut from one of the stylists. I gave him photo of haircut, a stacked bob, I had before and he couldn't replicate it. The stylists cut it way too short on top all the way around, it was not an asymmetrical cut but he made at least a three quarters of an inch to short on the right side vs the left side. He couldn't even shave the back of my neck straight. Then to top it off, he used a razor to give my hair some movement, which meant he hacked off the longer parts of my hair which really left it crappy. This person has no sense of style and should not be cutting hair. The reason I did not complain, is because I didn't want to deal with this person and not do anymore damage, seriously do you think a bad stylist could fix a bad haircut?
