Our recent experience with Sloan Appliance to service our Whirlpool microwave was absolutely splendid. The technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and fixed our microwave in a professional manner. I would recommend Sloan Appliance for any Whirlpool repair work. They are topnotch by all measures. Jim P.

Refrigerator Service. My experience with Sloan Appliance Service personnel was not a positive one. Even though he seemed to fix the problem with our refrigerator he definitely needed a lesson in customer service. He was rude and even stated at one point that he had done all he could do whether it was fixed or not. If you see Rick at your door I would suggest calling to get someone else.
