Very unprofessional. I arrived 5 minutes early for a 9 AM appointment for color. After waiting 20 minutes I asked someone if Chris was coming in as no one had bothered to check on me, or to even inquire as to why I was there. When I asked about Chris' whereabouts they simply looked at me with a puzzled look. I finally asked if someone could call him. Hmm, guess that never occurred to his staff? hey responded they didn't have his phone number. Come on, he's the owner! Finally someone located him number and apparently did try to reach him, but no answer. Hey, I understand things happen, but what's worse is he never bothered to call me to discuss the matter. That's unprofessional. The very least he could have done was to call, apologize and offer to make it up to me, but nothing. You do not treat clients like that and remain in business. I would not and will not recommend his services to anyone.
