Tips for Enterprise Rent-A-Car

How about use a little more business professional attitude with customers. The branch manager is extremely rude on the phone and in person. I've never been talked to in such a horrible manner For two weeks i got the run around about a rental!!!!! Also i did NOT get picked up like the company promises.
