Horrible Management. I live in their Broad River Township property and they do not fix anything. The A/C in the gym is broken, the gym equipment is either broken or over 25 years old. The Hot Tub has been broken for years as well as the sauna, and the steam rooms are rotted out. All the while regime fees have been raised for nothing. I would not reccomend living in any of their properties.
