Poor service.
We went to this location because it was convenient when we moved to an apartment.
They damaged my wife's jacket while dry cleaning it and when she tooked it back, the attendant and
the owner were rude but said that they would repair it. After one month and numerous calls, we
got the jacket with very poor quality buttons replaced on it. The several times that we called to see if it
was ready, the ladies were extremely rude and unprofessional.
We have a credit from a previous situation, but we will most certainly never visit this location or any
Tripp's location in the future.
