Dependable. I came here to get new haircuts. I'd bring a pictures along with me to give them an idea of the look I was going for, and then we'd discuss what would work best for my hair type and face shape using those as an inspiration. Every single time my hair came out stunning and I've always been exceedingly pleased with the result. Then, I'd just go to a cheaper salon for upkeep. I've stopped doing that because I had a cheaper salon mess up my hair cut. Then I had another cheaper salon fix it. They did better, but it still wasn't what it should be. And I spent the same amount as I would have if I had just gone to this good salon in the first place. I won't make the mistake again. 193 Hair does well with hair color too, although I wish they did Balayage!
