Outstanding Service and Products. I have bought items before, but this time went in for a watch battery replacement as I did last year. They were quick and courteous. She said that the watch had evidence of moisture and if the watch stopped running to bring it back in for repair. Now, that's customer service. Thanks Moseley's!

VERY HELPFUL!. I received a watch for Christmas and was anxious to have links taken out so I could wear it. I ran in December 26th and they did it on the spot! They also cleaned my rings while I waited. Very nice staff, will visit again!

Made my day!. I had ran around to several places trying to get a watch battery in my daughter's watch. All the places I went to said they would only replace it if I had purchased the watch at their store. Well, I hadn't so I would walk out of yet another store without a working watch. I decided to try Moseley's and see if I would have any luck there. It was close to closing time, but when I walked in I was welcomed with smile! It made my day when John said that he could replace the battery for me and never even asked if I purchased it from them! John switched battery for me and reset the time! I know that the next time I'm looking for a watch battery, Moseley's will be the first place I go! I will also go to Moseley's first when I am looking for some nice jewelry. Their customer service is great. I'm so glad that I decided to stop in.

Sincere focus on customer service. I have always used Moesley's as our sevice provider for watch repair and batteries and for jewlery repair. Each time I enter the store the staff is focused on serving our needs that day.

Today John Moseley did not just put a new battery in one of my watches, but he took the time to explain how to adjust the links in the band so that it would fit better. He actually trained me to do a task that would save me money in the long run.

Moseley's is a store you keep coming back to because they always treat you fairly and in a friendly manner. It is definitely a pleasure to shop in their store.

Review for Moseley's Lex. August 30, 2011. Just picked up another repair from them. They always treat me as a best customer. Marsha was very helpful and always has a smile on her face. I highly recommend this store. You can't beat the family atmosphere!

Meredith waited on me and helped me with the biggest smile on her face! I think I might just have to go back and send my friends! Great store!

WOW...Moseley's Diamond Showcase. What a wonderful experience I had at Moseley's. It is like they know what you want before you do...what great customer service. I wanted to design a ring that was just one of a kind and that really fit my personality and Donna did that for me. With the help of John they made it affordable. I would recommend Moseley's to everyone that is looking for that special something...you will find it at Moseley's Diamond Showcase in Lexington, SC.

Great service. My wife stopped in to get a watch battery and they immediately replaced it and offered to help her if she had any more problems with her watch. John was very helpful and I'm sure the next time we need to shop for jewelry or have a watch problem, we will think of returning. Thank you.
