George, I ordered a fuel line on the phone over 3 weeks ago, (with the part #, and pre-paid for it with a credit card), for a motor that I bought NEW from YOU in 1995 . I tried to get you guys on the phone but could never get an answer, so I drove to you and your guys could not initially find my order or my name. Then I was told it was on back order from Mercury and to check back in a week. So I tried to call you that next week, and again, you guys are too hard to get on the phone, so I traveled to you in person, again, and same story, could not find my name, could not find the order, and then I was told it went on back order again. So week # 3 I tried to call, no answer, so I traveled to your store...AGAIN, and that same story! Could not find my name, parts order form or anything, so then you told me to check with Tom Hughes (another Mercury Dealer). So I went home, jumped on Google, found the part in 2 min., ordered it from Crowley Marine in Denver CO., and got the genuine Mercury part # 32-822554 in 4 days to my door step, AND it was 30% less than you quoted me. What am I suppose to think? I feel like the part was never ordered, either way, is this how you normally treat your customers?

I am not expecting a reply, just thought I'd let you know.

Deceptive (Polite term) sales

My Wife and I purchased a new Express boat and trailor with a Yamaha motor on it - all supposedly new. Bill of Sale stated "new". On the way home I discovered the trailor was not only not new, it was three years old, had been previously used, and modifed by welding and spray-on galvanizing. Long way from new! Long story short, the owners of Pinecrest 'say' they have me a new trailor ordered. The factory will not confirm this. It has now been about five weeks, and no sign of a new trailor.

Our attorney says it is fraud! Guess what??
