Roto Rooter Plumbing 4/10/12. On Sunday morning 4/8, we had a sewer back up at the house, so looked in the yellow pages for a Plumber in the Columbia SC area and saw the roto rooter ad and said that is just what I need, someone to unblock the line. I went on line to set up an appointment and relaxed thinking they would be here first thing Monday morning. I was called about 9 am to advise the plumber had a number of emergencies and they needed to ask for a later appointment, I agreed to a 4-6pm appointment as we had company coming at 7pm. About 3pm Monday I get a call to say the plumber is running behind and would not be able to get here on Monday, so we set it for 10am-Noon Tuesday. I get a call Tuesday am to say the plumber is having vehicle problems and is running late. An hour later I get another call to say the plumber is returning to the office tgo pick up another van and will be here in a little while. When he did arrive about 11:30, he did clean out the drain line and advised my septic tank was full and that I had either 1- a problem with the baffle in the tank, 2- serious water leaking into the tank, 3- the tank drain line blocked, and/or 4- the drain file was full and not draining and that the next setp would be to remove the top of the tank (for an additional charge) but that he could not pump the tank. So I called the septic tank people and they came out again to pump the tank and found the line to drain field is clogged. Tomorrow I call everyone all over to find who can do what with the drain line and drain field.

Roto-Rooter Irmo SC. Worked around my time schedule, quoted a price and stuck to it. Return the work area to better than when Whit with Roto Rooter found it. Outstanding job! Offered to fix any jobs that were not listed on the original work order.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers: 3/23/2012. Had a leak under my house on the water line. Whit w/Roto-Rooter was at my house within an hour. He was very courteous and professional. He fixed the problem and did not leave until we both were satisfied.

He also came in the house and fixed a drain leak in minutes which would have taken me hours.

Very fast service and reasonable rates. I would not hesitate to call on them again for all my plumbing needs.

roto-rooter. Kevin did an excellent job and fixed a long standing problem. He was extremely professional and answered all my questions. The equipment was very good and quickly identified the problem..He used a camera down the line so we could see for ourselves what the problem was.

I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter in the future.

Roto Rooter Rock Hill SC. Rock Hill Service was wonderful and extremely fast. Appreciated the plumber's professionalism and respect for our home. Will definately use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs.
