Most rude and arrogant staff--go next door to the other City Market store where they are nice.. City Market is two separate buildings, next door to each other, with two different management staffs. The store at 705 Gervais (the air conditioned one) has mostly arrogant sales staff . Expect an attitude if you ask them to contact vendor to negotiate price. Most of the sales staff reflect the air of superiority of the management. The other store next door is just the opposite--very likable and helpful.
