Refuses to provide legal aid for legal malpractice. Refuses to provide legal aid againt an attorney for legal malpractice which is totally unethical because their service, federally funded, is to protect the public from lawyers like Steve Schmutz who is a criminal and needs to be locked up behind bars! He committed fraud upon the court AND AGAINST HIS OWN CLIENT when he was involved in a criminal conspiracy with Sheriff Dewitt and Major Driggers and the Berkeley County Court system. On the same court document of a dismissal, he requested a jury trial AFTER THE DISMISSAL DATE. Then Clerk Connie Mills at the Summary Court at Goose Creek Magistrate Court produced another document to produce another dismissal date which produced two dismissal dates. Now what kind of justice system is that? And she still is working there. And our SC Bar and SC Commission on Lawyer Conduct protected this criminal and dismissed all of my complaints! A CORRUPT STATE!
