Tips for Heartland of Columbia Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

Concerned about Care, Sharon from VA Beach, VA. I am still learning about Heartland; however, what I have seen and experienced were somewhat ok. I do not like the security system at night and my mother did not have a bed/pressure sore on her when she arrived. Her skin was perfect! Three weeks later we are dealing with treating a bed sore. My mother is unable to move and they need to turn her often, which I found to not be the case. But...it is just three weeks and we are all learning one another so I will be there this week to see what is going on for myself and to meet with staff. Thanks for the heads up about Carmel
