Harpers. Located centrally in 5 Points, Harper's has a wonderfully cozy feeling for being right in the hub of downtown. With a good atmosphere and perfect location for a fun night out Harper's is a good place to go for a delicious dinner. For the price the food was very good, some dishes were distinctly better than others, such as the pasta, but overall it was all good.

Harpers. Harpers is one of my favorite restaurant to eat at in Columbia. They have delicious food options and desserts. However, the service was somewhat slow around lunch time, and the waiter failed to notify us of the days specials. Overall good experience. Very calm and a nice place to enjoy lunch on any occasion.
