I stayed with H&B for 3 long years, The house I moved in was the cheapest I could get that time, the carpet was stinking, anyways we had no choice and we moved in, my friend steam cleaned carpet three times, well we find all sort of problems, leaking taps to mold....I am talking about a lot of mold, and trust me these people never listen to me at all, as soon as I signed the lease their sweetness evaporated and their bitchiness started , from top to bottom all are bad ,unprofessional, and lazy and worst they do everything to rip you off, they tell or write nothing in the lease contract and then they will start charging you here and there for everything, until they keep all your deposit....and as the other writer Joshua said I have also been living in a rented house for now 15 years and never found a company such a cheat like hubbard and bowers... so especially students beware of this company....and good luck with all those who praised them ....trust me 3 years before I was like y'all dedicated to H&B ....not anymore.... sure never ever recommended
