Dirty Shirts Even After Redoing them. I am a professor at USC who took dress shirts and a pair of dress pants with a coffee stain to Master Cleaners. I pointed out the soiled collars and cuffs on the shirts and the stain on the pants, which the clerk marked with indicator tape. When the items were ready the following day, the clerk gave me a look of contempt as I started to examine the clothes in the store. Most people just pay and walk out without examining the work done. My pants were pressed and the coffee stain had been starched over. Likewise, the shirts were pressed and the grime on the collars and cuffs had been starched in. I requested that all the items be redone. When I inspected them again after going back a second time, there was no change in the shirts but the coffee stain had been removed from the pants. Since Master Cleaners does such a large volume with USC students who don't examine the work they are paying for, they will not change the bad service provided to their customers. When I left with my still soiled but starched shirts, I told the clerk, "You have lost a first-time customer." Unfortunately, I am having a difficult time finding a dry cleaners who will treat the shirt collars and cuffs with degreasers before washing them, as I was used to having done in New York, where I paid more, but got better service.

Big Mistake!!!!!. I took my wedding dress 2 weeks before my wedding to have it pressed, because that was all that was needed. The first time they told us that it was ready to be picked up when we went to pick it up and it had not even been touched. The day that we go to pick it up, it was ready alright with a bunch of stains on it. They completely denied that they did this!! They are actually blaming the Women that altered my dress and recommended them. It is now 4 days before my wedding and after I have a dress that is ruined. I should be happy and excited about getting married and they have ruined it for me!!! Going there is one of my biggest mistakes ever!!!
