I agree 100%! I had a very similar experience with this same individual at the same store. Not sure if this is the only store but very low level service. He talks down to people and turns his nose up at some. I would advise ordering from a great company called EAST COAST TIRES. They have a worderful staff and provide exceptional service as well. And if you need to have the work done, trust your dealer to ensure that your labor is warrantied.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I ordered custom wheels and had them installed by this company and they damaged my wheel and stated that they would not replace them because I did not buy them from there. Also, the lug nuts that I ordered with the wheel were not the right size and this company charged me $30 dollars more for the same kind of nuts that I had just purchased. David stated that if I had purchased my wheels from him, they'd be free...but I'm sure that's not the case it would have just been included in the entire purchase. Also when I asked if I could speak to the owner he told me he was and when I called the store sometime later to double check he stated that the owner, Mike is not there and that he will agree with everything they do regardless of the complaints he may receive. After experiencing so much trouble with my wheels and could not keep air in them...brand new tires and car if I may add...he stated that because I complained about the overcharge for my lug nuts...he refused to service me....so I guess theres no warranty there! I hope this company goes straight to hell!!!!!!!!!
