National chain rustles up rib eyes, T-bones and fillets in a kid-friendly, Lone Star-inspired setting..
In Short
One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.

Best fillet mignon anywhere!.
The Flo's Fillet melts in your mouth. Yes, you have to wait awhile if dining on a weekend but it is so worth it! Also, you can call ahead, but still plan to wait.

B- Average, not bad, but could be better.
Brought 6 guests to place. Called ahead, on a weekday, plenty of open seats....made us wait 15 minutes anyway. Porkchop (and everything else that touched the gravy) was too salty. Prime Rib was ok...but only had two cuts remaining at 630pm! A steakhouse shouldn't run out of prime rib that early....Waiter was friendly, but service was slow. Will not be returning.
