Horrible Job. Do not waste your money. They did a horrible patch job for one. I could have done better and now I am wishing I would have.

As far as cleaning the carpets they did an even worse job. I set up an appt with them because of their add in the phone book claiming to be dog friendly... They didn't even get up all the hair. The carpet is still filthy.

If I would have been home and not my wife I would not have even paid them until the job was done right.

Most Reliable and Quick Service. I have been getting carpet and upholstery cleaned by Carpet Kare since I built my house in 1979. The cleaning personnel have changed over time, but the level of service has always been outstanding. At one time, along the way, I had a free room cleaning performed as a promotion and had to get Carpet Kare to come and get the cleaning product out of the carpet. No more free demonstrations from competitors for me. I have recommended Carpet Kare to friends and family without exception.
