My experience has been that this business will do as much as it legally can get away with to make money off of you. I took my car in to have a engine malfunction light diagnosed. Other places do this type of diagnosis for free. Mickeys did $370 in unapproved work (including an oil change I did not want) before calling me. The problem the car originally was brought in for was never resolved. I disputed the bill and spoke to them twice to try to reach a compromise, but they would not budge an inch. They will hold your car for ransom and charge you parking/storage fees if you do not pay their charges in full. Another mechanic I showed their work to confirmed to me that they had misled me about a number of things, including unnecessarily replacing good spark plugs that were in the car with spark plugs of equivalent quality. The owner, Jason, can have a very intimidating attitude and was very insulting towards my wife. I will never go back again and would warn others to be very careful about having your car serviced at this establishment.
