Best place in my opinion.
Ok so it has the best steak, best bread, best ceasar slad, baked potatos. I always get the steak here since its so good. The waiters and waitresses are really friendly. The bloomin onion though kinda changed. its not as good as it use to be but still really good

Australian tchotchkes and brews give this quintessentially American restaurant a distinctive Down Under flavor..
In Short
Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following.

No Rules.
This Outback is always packed, even on weekdays! In between 2 major interstates and a few dozen hotels, it is a big stop for a lot of travelers. Even though it is busy, the place is still run smoothly and you are treated like you could stay all night if you wanted to. The servers move to your level to talk and take your order and are very knowledgable about the menu. The food is always cooked the way you want it. My fav is the Alice Springs Chicken and the Victoria's Filet. The new crab cakes are to die for as well! The bar is always open for great drinks and martini's if you just want to hang out and chat. Come in near opening time if you don't want to wait a half hour or more for seating!
