Bad customer Service.
Best Deal and Pawn does not stand behind their product.
I bought a Laptop from them. They advertise for the laptop as Wireless Access and DVD PAlyer. When I purchase the laptop, I cannot get online nor poaly a DVD. I returned the Laptop to them They took it form me and sent it to get repaired but until now, Tehy haven't given me the laptop. I had to cal the police and take the matter to court
