My fiance had great time at this store. He surprised me with a beautiful engagement ring and I absolutely love it! He told me that the owners helped him decide on an elegant ring that I would like and they definitely did. I love it and went in to get it sized! We are both very pleased

I love this jewelry shop! My husband and I felt very comfortable there while we were picking out our rings. The owners were honest and very experienced and taught us everything we needed to know about buying a diamond. We shopped around before coming here and Sandler's had a great selection with some really creative and different rings than we saw anywhere else and their prices were better too. I will definitely send my husband back for an anniversary gift!

Awful, Rude, Time Wasters. My fiance' bought me an opal necklace, it was beautiful. The stone cracked and we took it in for a repair in early June. It's now Late September and I wanted to wear that necklace on our Oct. 1st wedding- no dice. We've gone in four times, the first time they hadn't done anything with it; the second they had taken it to Vegas; the third they'd shipped it somewhere and lastly they said it was in Hong Kong... Well, it's 12 days from our wedding and no word as to when it's coming back from it's overseas voyage. I'll never deal with these people again.

BEST SERVICE!! SO HELPFUL!. Sandler's is a great family owned business. I received the best service with all my expectations being far surpassed. The diamond selection and engagement ring selection is unmatched in the Columbia area. I know that they will take care of my jewelry for a long time! If you are looking for an engagement ring in the Columbia area, this is the first and last stop you need to make.

They have diamonds. I was looking for a diamond engagement ring and wasn't really sure where to look or what to buy. I went a couple of places and even looked online. I went to Sandler's and talked with who i think was the owner's son. He actually explained to us what we where looking at, and when it came to the diamonds, even broke down some of my technical questions. He actually had diamonds to show us, rather then having to order them. Even told me that he could have my ring done in a matter of hours.

Fantastic experience.

Rude...Rude...Rude. I stopped in to have an appraisal done on my engagement ring. I asked the guy if it was necessary to have and second opinion. Then, he asked who appraised it first. I told him Sylvan's...where my fiance bought the ring. I guess that struck a nerve because then he went on to tell me how we must have paid too much because Sylvan's is the most expensive jeweler in town. He aslo told me my diamond is princess cut, which it is not. It is radiant cut. When I told him I had the GIA certificate to show that, he explained it must be incorrect because he spent $15,000 in school to become a gemologist. Really? Well, maybe he should have studied harder. I would never buy a thing from them. I am in sales and customer service is the most important piece to earning business. I will pay more any day to be treated the way Bill Knight at Sylvans treated my fiance and I!!!

Wow, these folks have a attitude!. I mentioned something I saw in another store, you would have thought I made a terrible comment about their family or something very personal. They started throwing aweful comments about the other store and products they carry which happen to be some very fine brands. These guys have a problem!

Excellent. Excellent quality. They do their own designs for engagement settings and they are more beautiful and less costly than nationally known designers. Customer service was the best I have ever had.
