Terrible cut and color. I went to this salon just before the holidays, and had the worst color and cut of my life. I was lucky enought to find another stylist at another salon who was able to fix my hair. I've had my hair balayaged before but what I received from this salon was terrible. These highlights were thick and brassy. The stylist I had didn't listen to me or take what I wanted into consideration. The cut wasnt any better they made me look very dated. It's 2012 not 2000 so update your skills. I should have known not to trust someone with trashy bright red hair.

Great Place to Work and Get Your Hair Done. I love Image Makers Salon. I had previously worked with Image Makers for 4 years and worked with some of the best stylists! I left for a short amount of time (not on a negative note or for any bad reason) & was thrilled to come back to the team! Everyone is so friendly and everyone is like a family. I love Image Makers and I would recommend everyone to come in and enjoy the EXPERIENCE!!!

Avoid if at all possible. Honestly the worst over all experiance I've ever had. Bad cut, awful color and even worse customer service. They stained my shirt then blamed it on me. I was not even worried about the shirt I was letting them know there capes were dirty and were staining clothing. I dont know how that was my fault?!?!? Well no one working there seemed to know what they were doing or what was going on, very disorganized. It was kind of like watching a chicken factory after all the chickens lost there heads. Well over all the work areas were very dirty, hair, dust, color stains everywhere. Very messy front desk area too and dutsy shelves, but you know what they say about dusty shelves? The stuff on them ain't worth buying. OH! VERY OVER PRICED too at ***180$*** without the tip definitly not worth it. My advice is to grow up kids and hire a maid, maybe a real manager too.

word to the wise.... I want to share my story with you. I booked a appointment over the phone, showed up at the date and time I was told. After 5 min of waiting a girl came and told me my appointment was 2 days earlier. She said, they called me, left a message when I didn't show up. I asked her to check the number they called and it wasn't the correct one. I told her when I called this was the date and time I was told over the phone. I asked off from work to make this appointment, and she said there was nothing she could do. I would have to rebook my appointment, I wasn't happy with this but I did rebook for a week later. After this happened I got online to do research and came across this site. I'm really glad now that I wasn't able to have a appontment that day. I will just forget this appointment and when they call I will send it to voicemail.

5 mins was really all I needed to see how horrible this place was, dirty, rude, out dated, and loud.

Words can't explain!. I wish I could upload a picture to show everyone how bad my hair looks. I asked for highlights and longer layers like Kate Middleton. Josh was the guy that ruined my hair, and he should be fired. I'm so unhappy and so is my mom. He cut off way more than I told him, my layers are short and messed up. I can see where the color from my highlights got onto my other hair, it looks spotted and those spots are orange. My friend did better on my hair with the 5$ kit from walmart. This F'ed up hair job cost me 175$ and it looks like turds.

This salon SUCKS!!! Oh and Josh if you read this, just because I'm hot doesn't mean I want to F* you. You're gross and I hope you don't try to hookup with every hot girl you meet. I was there to have my hair done not to be picked up like I was at a bar.

I really HATE this place and what they did to my hair :'(

I'm telling everyone I know why my hair looks this bad so I hope you have to close soon. :(

Pam is now working in Lake Carolina at Total Health Spa. I am so glad she moved from this salon the serivce is awful, Pam and Mary were the only reasons that I stayed. I couldn't stand that manager girl, she was the worst person to deal with. I know a lot of folks that never returned because of her. (Can someone say zero people skills.) Anyway, it is bad to hear that you have to live with a bad cut. I don't know Josh but I've heard some stories when I would have my nails done. I know Pam will fix it, she works wonders. Hopefully you'll read this and find her soon.

Well just want you to know that I have been going to Image Makers for yrs and Pam was my stylist & cuts my hair, she does a wonderful job...Well I have been deployed for a year overseas, came back with a long hair and needed a nice haircut...they told me Pam is no longer working there...So I ask if they can put with me with someone just as good as Pam was, they put with a guy name Josh..I showed him a picture on the book I wanted a short hair cut short in the back and longer in the front...the haircut that Josh gave me didn't look nothing like what the picture in the magazine, I was so upset and wanted to cry...I told him thats not what I ask for and he said that he can fix it for me, It was getting shorter and shorter...When I was done, my hair was a wrecked, I would never go there again...I miss Pam..Does anyone know where Pam moved to...I need her back...I miss her, She was the best...Pam if you are reading this, please I need your help, give me your number...

I drive an hour every month to visit this salon. I have a short hair style that is challenging to cut and keep looking good. Becky Harmon has been cutting my hair for 1 1/2 years, and I drive from Aiken every month to see her. She's been a great study of my hair, and I consistently get comments about how good my hair looks. Give her a call! She's a great colorist as well.

wow!. This place has really changed I do not even recognize it. They have downsized and no longer sale aveda among other things. I hope they will make it through this ruff time. I miss the old salon I remember. :-(
