I cannot imagine anyone recommending this dump. Guarantee I won't stay here on my upcoming trips to Columbia!

I had a confirmed NONSMOKING reservation, but when I arrived, the desk said I had requested a smoking room & refused to accomodate me. Mangement here is very rude & uncaring. Definitely not service oriented.

My room is pathetic. Cable reception is intermittent. The telephone does not work. Internet does not work. The deadbolt does not work. The only door lock is very shaky. The door does not completely seal. A definite safety issue.

• Cons: no working deadbolt on room door; phone / internet do not work; rude management
