It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Poor customer service

This place is horrible if you are trying to plan a special event. They are extremely slow or completely forget to return calls. I tried to book rooms on a "football weekend" for my wedding, and they require a Friday and Saturday stay. I requested one room (our room) to be for Saturday only, and they flat out refused to accomodate me and told me they would not be able to give me an answer until the week before!! Nevermind that all of my guests would be staying both nights and paying "football rates". Who needs the honeymoon suite for a football game anyway? Ridiculous. Won't ever try to book here again.
